Viewing a work

If you would like to view a work of art before purchase we will try to arrange this. Unfortunately, it is possible not for all works. Viewings take place at our Colwyn Bay office.

Delivery

We will send your delivery either by: First Class Post, or parcel post or a reputable carrier company.
Delivery by carrier requires a signature on delivery, the delivery address given must have somebody present between 8.30am and 5.30pm to sign for the goods. We will contact you by e-mail with details of your delivery.
Timed deliveries can be arranged at extra cost. Please contact us for details.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers of BFPO addresses.
We cannot guarantee delivery times.
All paintings normally delivered within 30 days of receipt of order.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, within 14 days of the delivery date and we will refund your money (excluding delivery costs). That means that in case of a return you are liable to pay the costs of shipping both ways - to you and back to the artist.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to us in its original condition and of insuring it during transit, except where the work is faulty or the wrong work has been dispatched.
If the painting is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please contact us.
